Je to sport, kter\u00fd v\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee d\u00e1t dohromady.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejen fyzicky, ale i psychicky. A \u010dasto \u00fapln\u011b nen\u00e1padn\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>D\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1s nau\u010d\u00ed zklidnit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161echno za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 u dechu. Ne u v\u00fdbavy, techniky nebo v\u00fddr\u017ee. Ale u schopnosti se zastavit a vn\u00edmat vlastn\u00ed dech. Mo\u017en\u00e1 to zn\u00ed a\u017e moc jednodu\u0161e, ale v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b vlastn\u011b v\u016fbec nev\u00ed, jak d\u00fdch\u00e1. D\u00fdch\u00e1me rychle, m\u011blce, z hrudn\u00edku. A\u0165 u\u017e jde o us\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed, n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 situace v pr\u00e1ci nebo chv\u00edle, kdy c\u00edt\u00edte, \u017ee jste \u201ep\u0159epnut\u00ed\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tohle nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 esoterika. Jen n\u00e1vrat k tomu, co by m\u011blo b\u00fdt p\u0159irozen\u00e9 \u2013 a co jsme ve sp\u011bchu civilizace zapomn\u011bli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>T\u011blo, kter\u00e9 se pohybuje s lehkost\u00ed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e se \u0159ekne sport, v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b lid\u00ed nasko\u010d\u00ed posilovna, v\u00fdkony, pot a d\u0159ina. Ale freediving je \u00fapln\u011b jinde. Tady nejde o s\u00edlu, ale o efektivitu. Ne o nap\u011bt\u00ed, ale o uvoln\u011bn\u00ed. Va\u0161e t\u011blo se u\u010d\u00ed pohybovat ve vod\u011b co nejjemn\u011bji, bez pl\u00fdtv\u00e1n\u00ed energi\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00fd kop ploutv\u00ed, ka\u017ed\u00e9 gesto m\u00e1 smysl. A pokud ne \u2013 t\u011blo to pozn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tohle u\u010den\u00ed v\u00e1s formuje i mimo vodu. Najednou za\u010dnete v\u00edc vn\u00edmat dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla, d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i ch\u016fzi, nap\u011bt\u00ed v ramenou, kter\u00e9 jste d\u0159\u00edv ignorovali. A za\u010dne v\u00e1s bavit to uvol\u0148ovat. Ne silou, ale pozornost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nav\u00edc freediving zlep\u0161uje flexibilitu, hlavn\u011b v oblasti hrudn\u00edku, \u017eeber a br\u00e1nice. Co\u017e se hod\u00ed nejen p\u0159i pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, ale i p\u0159i jak\u00e9mkoli jin\u00e9m sportu nebo jen p\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b. A jakmile jednou za\u017eijete, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt ve sv\u00e9m t\u011ble s lehkost\u00ed \u2013 u\u017e se nechcete vracet zp\u00e1tky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hlava, kter\u00e1 kone\u010dn\u011b ztichne<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed dar, kter\u00fd freediving nab\u00edz\u00ed, je klid v hlav\u011b. V dob\u011b, kdy na n\u00e1s neust\u00e1le n\u011bco p\u00edp\u00e1, blik\u00e1 a tla\u010d\u00ed, je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 naj\u00edt chvilku ticha. Pod vodou to ticho ale p\u0159ijde samo. Nejde p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let o mailech, kdy\u017e zadr\u017eujete dech. Nejde pl\u00e1novat sch\u016fzky, kdy\u017e se soust\u0159ed\u00edte na ka\u017ed\u00fd n\u00e1dech. Jste jen vy, va\u0161e t\u011blo a voda. A to sta\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tahle schopnost b\u00fdt v p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9m okam\u017eiku se pak nen\u00e1padn\u011b p\u0159el\u00e9v\u00e1 i do b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho \u017eivota. A co v\u00edc \u2013 \u010d\u00edm d\u00e9le freediving d\u011bl\u00e1te, t\u00edm l\u00edp si v\u0161\u00edm\u00e1te, jak moc jste jindy rozt\u011bkan\u00ed. A t\u00edm v\u00edc za\u010dnete ten klid hledat i mimo vodu. Ne jako v\u00fdkon, ale jako prostor, kde je v\u00e1m dob\u0159e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Freediving tak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt skv\u011bl\u00fdm n\u00e1strojem pro zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed stresu, \u00fazkost\u00ed i vyho\u0159en\u00ed. Proto\u017ee v\u00e1s nau\u010d\u00ed vracet se k sob\u011b. Ne \u00fat\u011bkem, ale dechem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Srdce, krev a skryt\u00fd talent va\u0161eho t\u011bla<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Freediving aktivuje v t\u011ble n\u011bco fascinuj\u00edc\u00edho \u2013 pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fd reflex. Jde o p\u0159irozenou reakci organismu na zadr\u017een\u00ed dechu a pono\u0159en\u00ed do vody. Srde\u010dn\u00ed tep se zpomal\u00ed, c\u00e9vy se st\u00e1hnou, krev se p\u0159esune k \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm org\u00e1n\u016fm. T\u011blo se tak chr\u00e1n\u00ed. A \u010d\u00edm \u010dast\u011bji s t\u00edmto reflexem pracujete, t\u00edm v\u00edc se t\u011blo adaptuje. A ne \u2013 nemus\u00edte b\u00fdt vrcholov\u00fd sportovec, aby se to d\u011blo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyto reakce nejsou jen zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 \u2013 maj\u00ed re\u00e1ln\u00fd dopad na zdrav\u00ed. Zlep\u0161uj\u00ed krevn\u00ed ob\u011bh, tr\u00e9nuj\u00ed pr\u00e1ci se stresem, podporuj\u00ed srde\u010dn\u00ed variabilitu (co\u017e je skv\u011bl\u00fd ukazatel celkov\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed) a zvy\u0161uj\u00ed odolnost v\u016f\u010di nedostatku kysl\u00edku. A nav\u00edc \u2013 tenhle \u201etr\u00e9nink\u201c je vlastn\u011b p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd. Nen\u00ed to d\u0159ina, ale jemn\u00e9 a v\u011bdom\u00e9 posouv\u00e1n\u00ed vlastn\u00edch hranic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Psychick\u00e1 odolnost, kter\u00e1 z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 i na sou\u0161i<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve freedivingu se \u010dasto setk\u00e1te s nepohodl\u00edm. Jemn\u00fdm tlakem ve st\u0159edn\u00edm uchu. Lehk\u00fdm nutk\u00e1n\u00edm se nadechnout. Chladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vodou. Ale u\u010d\u00edte se s t\u00edm neb\u00fdt v odporu. Nesna\u017eit se to zahnat, ale vn\u00edmat a z\u016fstat klidn\u00ed. A pr\u00e1v\u011b tahle dovednost \u2013 b\u00fdt v nepohodl\u00ed a p\u0159itom se nerozsypat \u2013 je extr\u00e9mn\u011b cenn\u00e1 i v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u010d\u00ed v\u00e1s zvl\u00e1dat stresov\u00e9 situace s v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm nadhledem. Vn\u00edmat svoje t\u011blo d\u0159\u00edv, ne\u017e vypne. A neb\u00fdt otrokem vlastn\u00edch my\u0161lenek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00edm se freediving st\u00e1v\u00e1 mnohem v\u00edc ne\u017e sportem. Je z n\u011bj n\u00e1stroj. Cesta k v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rovnov\u00e1ze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Freediving jako tich\u00fd terapeut<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 jin\u00fd d\u016fvod, pro\u010d se do freedivingu pust\u00ed. N\u011bkdo kv\u016fli dobrodru\u017estv\u00ed. N\u011bkdo hled\u00e1 klid. Jin\u00fd chce zlep\u0161it zdrav\u00ed nebo se nau\u010dit d\u00fdchat. Ale v\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s se shodne na jednom \u2013 freediving n\u00e1m zm\u011bnil n\u011bco v hlav\u011b. D\u00fdch\u00e1me jinak. Vn\u00edm\u00e1me v\u00edc. A i kdy\u017e nejdeme pod vodu ka\u017ed\u00fd den, ten pocit z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Freediving nen\u00ed jen o tom, jak dlouho vydr\u017e\u00edte bez dechu. Je o tom, jak hluboko se dok\u00e1\u017eete nadechnout do vlastn\u00edho \u017eivota.
