HF 400 have a smaller shoe pocket with very light weight and rails glued along the blades, that has a 24degree angle with the shoe pocket and is harder at the beginning become softer towards the end of the blade, make it ideal for deep diving as well as dynamics in the pool.

Two hardnesses are available: soft (20) and medium (25).
